  • Paper Filter
  • Grinder
  • Scale
  • Ingredients
  • 25g of Coffee (medium-fine grind)
  • 400g or 1 1/2 cups Boiling Hot Water

Directions

Step 1
Optional: Fold the paper filter along the seam for a perfect fit.
Step 2
Place the paper filter inside the dripper.
Step 3
Wet the filter with hot water to eliminate the papery taste then discard.
Step 4
Now it’s time for your measured and ground coffee.
Step 5
Wet the coffee with 60 grams of hot water and wait for bubbling to stop. (about 45 sec)Continue pouring until you hit a total of 400g of hot water.
Step 6
Continue pouring until you hit a total of 400g of hot water.
Step 7
Wait to dripp completely, pour in your favorite mug, and enjoy!
